2. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may vary depending on your device’s display settings.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without notice.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

  • Products are unavailable.
  • Payment cannot be authorised.
  • Pricing errors occur.
  • Fraud or unlawful activity is suspected.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

As Tees are print on demand unfortunately we cannot refund unless item is damaged. The minute you make your order we give printers the go ahead to start printing your design. 

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

You are entitled to a replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. You agree not to:

  • Use our website unlawfully.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Distribute viruses or malicious software.
  • Interfere with website operations.

9. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws, including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Governing Law
