Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods, sales, product launches, or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 2–10business days

Shipping is free for all items. 

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times vary by country and customs processing and may range from 5–21 business days.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Public holidays
  • Industrial action or strikes

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is supplied, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent due to an incorrect address.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution where appropriate.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
